Social-Emotional Learning Resources
Social-emotional learning is the process through which students understand and self-regulate emotions, set and achieve positive goals, develop compassion for themselves and others, and develop self-awareness and responsible decision making. We have partnered with Breathe For Change, Coping Skills For Kids, BalancED Learning, and Rethinking Mental Health Incorporated to share SEL activities and strategies you can use to support your students to develop essential social-emotional skills and enhance your curriculum.
